I am a Northern Virginia based artist working primarily in linocut printmaking and pen-and-ink watercolor illustration. While my practice spans across mediums, I find refuge in the expressive possibilities of relief printmaking and the quiet detail of ink and watercolor. Inspired by the sea, natural forms, and everyday beauty, I create work that feels both grounded and fluid.
My printmaking process begins with a sketch, which is then carved into a linoleum block, inked by hand, and printed with care. My work is shaped by strong contrasts and clean compositions, and my background in graphic design continues to influence the way I build each image. In my pen-and-ink and watercolor work, I use line, gesture, and color to create pieces that feel thoughtful, illustrative, airy and full of possibilities.
From sketch to finished piece, my work reflects a deep love of craftsmanship, close observation, and the creative process itself.
